How we get to the number
A base for the service
The Standard is upkeep, the Deep Country Clean is a first visit or seasonal reset, and Move-In / Move-Out handles an empty house.
Rooms, not clock-watching
Bedrooms and bathrooms are the two things that change the work most, so each one adds a set rate rather than an hourly guess.
Extras only if you want them
Fridge, oven, cabinets, laundry, pet hair and windows are priced individually — leave them off and they come off the total.
